SIBILLINI SPIRITS AND THE DISTILLATION

A careful process of extraction and distillation of the essence of selected botanicals

The passion for the history and tradition of food and wine linked to the territory: the Parco dei Monti Sibillini

Starting from the original idea of creating a line of spirits with a short and traceable supply chain, the path of a meticulous reinterpretation of ancient and dated recipes, typical of the territory in question, was chosen.

In the Monti Sibillini National Park, where the roots of the initiators of the project sink, the headquarters and the botanical supply chain are born: a land nationally known for its luxuriant and luxuriant vegetation, rich in botanicals by definition, where medicinal and aromatic plants flourish and sprout, grown and harvested there.
